who have contracts with Charter, AOL, Yahoo, and other
well-known servers, ask why I stay with Pyramid.Net.
That question is a no-brainer for me—it’s the customer
service. The Yahoo
and AOL users, they don’t have anybody like Todd Mason who can
fix their problems.
Sometimes
with me it’s a user (me), not equipment, problem and I try not
to call for help, but when I do, he’s always there, and together
we work it out. In
the process I’ve learned a lot from Todd.

I am just emailing to let you know that I am
so happy with you Internet service. The reason for this is
really Todd; he is the reason Charter can never get me to switch
over to them even though it would save me money. I not only
appreciate that my tech support comes from the same person every
time but also that he is so skilled and never stops at just
solving connection problems. He has helped me a number of times
with my computer and for that I am forever in debt to you guys.
He is always around to talk to, patient and sympathetic
in moments of frustration:).
Anyway, as long as Todd is around you will have my

I love Pyramid Internet
It has opened up a whole new
world for me. I just
signed up last summer.
I recently published a book and I was able to do
everything electronically with the publisher.
I realize there are many
Internet distributors but I love Pyramid.
The people there are just great, so helpful.

I used to be with Great Basin out of Reno but due to the lack of support I switched
to Pyramid.Net. Tech
support is quick and personal with rarely a failure to callback.
You call tech support, you get a tech.
Setup was quick and equipment/installation was free,
including the setup of my own router and 2 other computers.
4 days from order to setup.
I had a 2mb line but considering a 6mb upgrade now.
Static IP address.
No contract and no hidden fees unlike other ISPs in the
area. The price they
quote is the price you pay.
I couldn’t be happier.
